I booked a room but then got stuck in a snow storm and coulkd not get to hotel. I saw online that I had a non refundable reservation - so I was so bummed out. The owner of the property called me at 9:30 pm concearned that I have not checked in yet. When I explained my situation he advised me to cancel my reservation with Booking. I sent two messages one to the propery and one to Booking and this morning i was notified that Dunsmuir Inn aggreed to refund my payment which I really needed. Thank you

Clean and basic, the owner was polite and helpful, nice family-owned business. Convenient to freeway and easy drive to Mt Shasta. We asked for more coffee and they provided more.

The Angler Lodge in Dunsmuir is a great little hotel two blocks from the center of town. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The bed was large. The TV screen was huge. Bathroom and sink were large and there was room for a table where we had our meals. Overall, everything about our stay was nice.

I liked how clean the rooms were. Check in was smooth. No major issues for me. The bed was so comfortable. Ac/heater worked. I was happy to be able to open the window for fresh air. Being able to take a bath was nice. I felt good being there as a solo traveler. The area was quiet. That's a plus!

We were unaware of any meal options, and cooked all our meals in-house. Kitchen was well supplied with dishware, utensils, cooking pots/pans. Beds *very* comfortable, neighborhood quiet, everything very clean and organized. Views were great, accommodations were great, our stay was great! Wife particularly like the landscaping.

Nicely refreshed motel. 2 floors with access to each room from outside. Very comfortable bed. Room felt very clean. Nice tile in small room with tub/shower and toilet. Carpet in other room. Small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, TV. Quiet AC/heater. Table and 2 chairs. Some others staying there took advantage of outside gas fire pit. No breakfast. Easy access from I-5.

Comfortable, clean rooms just outside of Mt. Shasta. Very friendly and accommodating staff (I called to change my dates as well as request a second floor room). No frills but had everything we needed for a 1-night stay driving north to Oregon.

This was a convenience stay during a long road trip. It was a perfect stopover. Very clean and well maintained. It had a new refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was lovely and the bedding was immaculate. We were very surprised how nice the room was and affordable for this area. It was a very hot day and the air conditioning was on when we entered the room. A very nice surprise.

The motel has been remodeled and most of the room looks new and clean. They had a cute little fridge and microwave and Kureig in the room. The room itself was pretty roomy and had a king bed and a table and chairs. The king bed was very soft and comfortable. Nice blackout curtains in the room.
